Production process.

When grapes are harvested, workers will pick ripe grapes to ensure the highest technical requirements. They bring back grapes and carefully sort and select them. Then squeeze the juice to ferment.

Fermentation is carried out over a period of about 3 to 6 months or longer, in new French oak barrels. Then they bottle the product and continue to ferment it in the wine cellar for about 1 to 2 years before supplying it to the outside market.

Smell

The wine is a combination of two grape varieties Shiraz and Cabernet. Rich red color. Outstanding aroma of raspberries and plums, with a slight scent of black pepper and spices.
