Production process

Gran Toqui, a version of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety, has both the strength and firmness with outstanding tannins of the popular international red grape variety in the world. It has softness and medium acidity. Because the grapes enjoy a rather mild climate in the Cachapoal valley. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Smell

The wine has an attractive deep ruby red color, aromas of licorice, red fruits with highlights of ripe cherries, a rounded wine structure on the palate with a long-lasting finish.
