Production process

Chilean wine Viento Norte Reserva is made from the Syrah grape variety. During the harvest season, the grapes are picked entirely by hand, then macerated at a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius for 18-20 days.

Next, the wine is aged with grape skins for about 6-8 months in stainless steel barrels and French oak barrels before bottling.

Smell

Viento Norte Reserva Syrah has a deep ruby red color with prominent purple hues. The aromatic expression of raspberries, prunes, black pepper and roasted beans is full of delight.

The wine structure is firm, strong but also very smooth because the acid from the ripe fruit brings harmony and softness. The ending is impressive with a bit of smoke in the flavor and in the taste of the drinker, just like the way Syrah grapes always leave in each glass of wine.
