Benefiting from a temperate maritime climate and limestone clay and sand soil favorable for grape growth, Bordeaux has become the largest wine producing region in France.
Mayardau 14% wine is blended from 3 quality grapes Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc with harvested trees that are 35 years old. Grapes of the best quality, extremely rich to create a perfect bottle of wine. The wine is aged in oak barrels for up to 12 months.
Ruby red color with striking purple hues. The scent is a bit spicy and new. Filling the palate, the wine shows a good structure with strong yet fresh tannins.
The wine is even more delicious and sharp when combined with elegant and harmonious dishes such as red meat, beef, veal or lamb or cheese is also very delicious.
You should enjoy wine at a temperature of 16 – 17 degrees Celsius, marinate in an ice bucket for about 15 – 20 minutes or 45 minutes in the refrigerator and let the wine breathe for 15 minutes before drinking.
