Villa Adami Montepulciano D’Abruzzo – Made from a grape variety: 100% Montepulciano. Production area: From vineyards located in the hills of Casalbordino with a south-Italian view. Planting area: Mixed medium, common clay and sand with elevation 150-200 meters above sea level.
Plant density: Espalier with a density of 3800 – 4500 trees / ha / Abruzzi pergola with a density of 2000 – 2500 trees / ha with a yield of grapes of 110 quintals / ha with a yield of 75 hl. Harvest: After the first week of October, reach phenolic maturity to select the best grapes.
Traditional form of fermentation: Remove the stalk and soak the grapes for 10-15 days with periodically replenishing the grape residue and pressing the marc head in a steel fermentation machine with automatically controlled immersion and fermentation temperatures from 28 to 30 degrees C. The product is aged in hl 50 oak barrels for 10-12 months and refined in bottles for 1 month before being put on the market. Store in a cool place, temperature 18 to 21 degrees C. Color: bright and intense ruby ​​red, vibrant and vivid, with a purple reflection.
Fragrance: A rich, fruity bouquet with hints of raspberry and red ripe fruit, pleasantly grilled and spicy. Taste: Harmonious, supple, plump, full-bodied and enduring.
