Angelo Rocca & Figli is a group of two producers Rocca and Dezzani located in two famous Italian wine growing regions, Piemont and Puglia.

Rocca is a famous and long-standing brand spanning 5 generations with a history of more than 200 years.
Dezzani was established in 1934 in the Cocconato d’Asti region and has experienced 3 generations of winemaking.

Production process

Part of Podere don Cataldo’s product line of the same name – Rocca Vini. If Susumanielo brings richness and strength in flavor. Primitivo creates attraction with its gentleness and seductive fragrance. Then Negroamaro conquers favorite guests with its balance and smoothness from the first touch to the last lingering aftertaste!

Podere don Cataldo – Negroamaro is produced in the Salento – Apulia region, Southern Italy. The grapes are harvested in September and aged in large Slavonian oak barrels and stainless steel vats.

Smell

Podere Don Cataldo Negroamaro is a deep burgundy color with deep purple reflections. This wine exudes aromas of ripe wild berries along with spicy notes of vanilla, toasted tobacco and coffee. Smooth and harmonious on the palate, each sip reveals a full, rounded surface. Mellow, complex aromas are enhanced by enveloping tannins and a balsamic aftertaste. Pleasant characteristics of Mediterranean herbs.
