Production process

Casas Del Toqui Barrel Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Around the beginning of September, the vineyards begin to ripen. This is also the time when the grapes are harvested to produce the most unique bottles of wine.

After harvesting, the grapes are cleaned and any crushed fruits are removed. The remaining grapes will be crushed and pressed to get the juice. Next, the grape juice is transferred to barrels for fermentation. At the end of the fermentation process, the wine is soaked in French oak barrels and aged here for 9 months before being released to the market.

Smell

The wine has a deep ruby red color. Complex of black fruits, spices, buttermilk. Balanced, strong structure of ripe fruit, spicy taste of spices, rich taste of caramel. Long, deep aftertaste with smooth tannins.

Enjoy

Wine should be combined with different dishes such as red meat dishes, grilled meat…

The temperature for using alcohol is about 12 to 14 degrees.
