Production process

The vines that make Chile Viento Norte Grand Reserva wine are all aged 12 years or more in the Curicó valley. This is the level of delicious Chilean wines that you should enjoy once to feel the difference.

The grapes are picked entirely by hand and then macerated at cold temperatures (below 10 degrees Celsius) within 18-20 days. This wine will be aged in oak barrels for 12-18 months. Then continue to be preserved inside the bottle for 1-2 years before being put on the market.

Dark red with youthful ruby purple flashes. Expressive aromas of ripe strawberries, white pepper, cloves, dark fruits and vanilla.

Filling the palate is the surprising harmony and balance of the combination of two powerful red grape varieties, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. A little spice and spiciness at the end makes the wonderful feelings last longer.
