Tasting notes:
Colour: ruby colour with purple hue. Nose: fruity with aromas of ripe fruits, with
exquisite bilberry, mulberry, plum and licorice notes followed by sweet spices
and balsamic tones of vanilla and coffee. Flavour: full and fruity structure. It is a
gentle and spontaneous wine, whose tannins, are sweet and velvety; great
aromatic persistence.
Pairings: it matches well-structured first courses, barbecued meats, mature
cheeses, eggs, game, red meats in general
